I again get the pleasure to review another from the talented Ari Gold (check the previous review for Transport Systems). This single has eight versions of this new and melodic positive energy song.
The original mix, produced by Bob Rosa, is a great laid-back pop mix. This mix got me very interested in seeing what other remixers could accomplish. Quentin Harris's version is my favorite and for me is the stand out mix. I'm a huge fan of the remix wizard and when I saw his name listed I knew I had to review this CD. Quentin re-worked the entire song, giving it a completely different vibe. He keeps adding more and more depth to the mix giving it a multi-layered club sound.
The Dr. Brooks Pop mix has a similar vibe as the original but slightly more uptempo. The mixes cover a few different styles like pop, house, and electrofunk. I still love Ari's incredible melodies and harmonies, and this particular song really emphasizes them.
